Building on Blue Bottle's philosophy of 'minimalist aesthetics + a focus on coffee,' this store transitions the narrative from the 'stone gate metal avant-garde' style of the Zhang Yuan location to a wooden sanctuary within the mall. The core concept proposed by Neri&Hu is 'House Within House / Shelter': A standalone wooden house is inserted into the bustling flow of Wanjingyuan, with its outer layer made of rough micro-cement and an inner layer featuring warm oak ceilings and trusses. While passersby rush by outside, inside the aroma brings a sense of calm, providing urban commuters a 'pause-worthy buffer zone.'
