The Aloft Hotel within the same building claimed the global WINNER title in the HOTEL UPSCALE category, making this dual-brand complex on the Qingshuiwan coastline a powerful showcase of Chinese design strength on an international stage.
Zhongqi Group, as the contractor for interior finishing works, demonstrated exceptional craftsmanship and meticulous attention to detail throughout the construction process. From entry in 2024 through formal opening in 2025 to smooth operations today, the Kimpton Aqeos Hainan serves not only as a test of Zhongqi's capabilities in high-end resort hotels but also as a concrete manifestation of its relentless pursuit of excellence.
Behind the awards lies millimeter-level 'hidden engineering'. As the contractor for interior finishing works, Zhongqi Group faced an empty shell that had been vacant for a decade. To bring out the Kimpton brand's unique 'subtle luxury', the focus was not on piling up expensive materials but on 'hiding': concealing flaws, functions, and time.

Since opening, the hotel has endured countless cleansings, footfalls, and temperature changes, yet materials remain as fresh as new.
