Terminal 3 at Nanning Wuxu International Airport is a core component of the airport’s second-phase expansion. The project is positioned as a gateway to ASEAN and an aviation node on the New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. The published project brief describes the terminal as under construction, with planned entry into service in 2027 and a future two-runway, T2-and-T3 configuration. The interior and exterior design draws on the Zhuang legend of the Hundred-Bird Garment, using imagery of silk and Zhuang brocade to connect the spaces.
