The Wenzhou Yueqing Courtyard by Marriott (Courtyard by Marriott Wenzhou Yueqing) is the first debut of the Courtyard brand under Marriott International Group in Wenzhou. It officially opened in September 2021, located in the new landmark of Yueqing city - the main building of Zhongneng Skyland Oriental at a height of 218 meters. As the first Marriott hotel in Yueqing, it redefines the local standards for business leisure hotels.
